Q What is an eStore?
A An eStore is a fully operational e-commerce solution that gives you access to global market sellers 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. It enables the owner to reach an audience much greater than a bricks and mortar store to reach a wider customer base.

Q How do I use the search facility on the eStores?
A The search box is used to locate an item quickly without having to go through the whole site process. You can type in a word or a series of keywords to find any item.
i.e To find a Ladies Gold Watch type ladies, gold, watch altogether or individual words to get your result.
Q When I use the search box it doesn't provide me with any results.
A Make sure your browser is JavaScript enabled.
Q I have purchased items from the eStore but now I need to cancel my order, who do I contact?
A You will need to contact the eStore owner. Their full contact details will be in their Contact Us page.
Q My order has not arrived even though I received confirmation from the store by email, what do I do?
A You will need to contact the eStore owner. Their full contact details will be in their Contact Us page.

A Make sure your browser is JavaScript enabled.

A Make sure your browser is JavaScript enabled.
Q I can't see any images of the products on the site.
A You may have your images disabled in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using to fix this you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Multimedia and select show pictures. If this doesn't get your images back it could be a server technical issue with the eStores provider but usually it is never down for long.
Q I know I have added 6 items to my shopping basket but it is only showing me that I have 3 items.
A The shopping basket will add up the amount of items you have in
products but not by quantity. By the time you reach the checkout you will see that all the items are listed and how many of each product.
