We will begin to process your order. Delivery takes 3/5 working days from full payment. Cheques are held for 7 days to clear. We are unable to process your order or dispatch your stove to you without a daytime contact number. If you did not include a contact phone number with your payment please email it to us after reading this letter.

Your stove is lifted from our warehouse by a good Commercial Courier Firm the day after you order from us. The Courier will phone you at least 24 hours in advance of delivery to inform you when he will deliver your Woodburning Stove. If no-one meets the courier at the pre-arranged time you will be asked to pay a second delivery charge of £35. Delivery is by tail-lift truck. Your crated stove is electronically lowered from the truck and wheeled by the courier in to your garden or first step. In the unlikely event the courier were to arrive with no tail lift tell him to go away and come back with a tail lift.

In some very rural areas tail lift trucks are not available but you should be made aware of this by the courier beforehand or may know this from local knowledge of your area. At some delivery addresses, where turning is tight, a tail lift truck may not be able to access the address. Please inform us or the courier in advance of such tight turning spaces and any access problems.

These Stoves weigh 68 to 200 kilos and arrive secure on a pallet in a large crate. You may require assistance from a friend or relative for moving the stove to it`s final standing position.

Please remember that due to Health and Safety Regulations the courier is not expected or paid to lift.

The delivery charge you pay is for an economy delivery with tail lift and 24 advance book in call to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. The contract is worded that the courier will “endeavour to deliver within 5 days”. This economy delivery does not include Saturday delivery nor does it include delivery at a specified time. If you require next day delivery, Saturday delivery or delivery at a specified time these services can be organised for an additional charge. The courier will give you as close an estimate to a time for delivery as he can however, if he runs late, due to being stuck in traffic etc this is simply the nature of haulage.

Please inspect your stove/goods at delivery. If it is damaged in any way send it back immediately with the delivering courier, then phone us. We will dispatch a replacement to you the following day. We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. All we ask is that it arrives in the orginal condition, including the packaging, with your name and address in BOLD letters of the outside of the box or crate. We will then issue a full refund minus any delivery charges. Unfortunately we can not refund goods without the original packing.

LIABILITY:

Our liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. Woodburning Stoves Limited shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
